<p>PURPOSE: A touch panel is provided to supply excellent transparency by forming a transparent electrode on one side of a transparent window through an ion injection method or thermal diffusion. CONSTITUTION: A transparent electrode(20) is formed by doping conductive material on one side of a transparent window(10). An electrode line(30) is connected to one side or both sides of the transparent electrode. The other side of the transparent window accepts contact. The conductive material is doped through ion injection or thermal diffusion. The conductive material is AgI, Na ion, or CdSXSeX-1.</p> |
