Proteomics service system using cloud computing and the method for the same

PURPOSE: A cloud computing network based proteomic service providing system is provided to perform work in the cloud computing infrastructure without restriction of a computing resource by transplanting a proteomic program to a cloud computing infrastructure. CONSTITUTION: A workflow defining module(400) inputs an order of a program to be performed. An input/output information converting module(500) converts sample data information into an input/output file format according to the program. An execution script generating module(600) generates a script to an execution scheduler module. The execution scheduler module selects cloud members according to the script.
