PURPOSE: A white LED package is provided to prevent the deterioration of color uniformity and simplify a driving circuit using a single kind of LED chips. CONSTITUTION: A blue light providing unit(110) provides blue light. A first blue LED chip(112) of the blue light providing unit is mounted on a first cavity(116). A green light providing unit(120) provides green light. A second blue LED chip(122) of the green light providing unit is mounted on a second cavity(126). A red light providing unit(130) provides red light. A third blue LED chip(132) of the red light providing unit is mounted on a third cavity(136).
