PURPOSE: A portable terminal integrated with a cradle including an antenna is provided to reduce manufacturing costs by combining a portable terminal with a cradle. CONSTITUTION: A cradle(120) is loaded or unloaded for a battery case of a main body(100). A first stopper is projected from both surfaces of the cradle. The first stopper prevents the cradle from being separated from the battery case. When the cradle is unloaded, the first stopper is operated as a rotary shaft. When the cradle is inserted into the battery case, a second stopper(122) is operated as a handle.
