PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a different fiber cord is provided to easily manufacture a different fiber cord with improved strong utilization in spite of the same number of twist by twining two different fibers with different tensions, and to be able to manufacture various different fiber cords according to the size of the given tension and types of the two fibers. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a different fiber cord comprises the step of preparing for two different fiber yarns of a first fiber and a second fiber, wherein the second fiber has greater elastic modulus than the first fiber; and the step of allowing tension and twining to twist the first fiber with the second fiber while the different tension is given to the first fiber and the second fiber respectively. The tension given to the first fiber in the step of allowing tension and twining is bigger than the tension given to the second fiber. The elastic modulus of the second fiber is at least 1.5 times of the elastic modulus of the first fiber. The first fiber and the second fiber are nylon, polyester, polyethylene naphthalate(PEN), liquid crystalline polyester, carbon fiber, polyimide, polyketone, cellulosic fiber, glass fiber, aramid, polyvinyl alcohol(PVA), acrylic fiber, polyolefin, polyethylene(PE) or polypropylene(PP).
