PURPOSE: A photocurable resin composition is provided to remarkably improve luminance when applied to a prism sheet because of the high refractivity of a cured material of the photocurable resin composition. CONSTITUTION: A photocurable resin composition comprises a (meth)acrylate oligomer, a (meth)acrylate monomer indicated in chemical formula 5, and a photoinitiator. In chemical formula 5, X is O, S, SO2, CH2, CH(CH3) or C(CH3)2, Z is H or CH3, and n is an integer from 1-10. The comprised amount of the compound indicated in chemical formula 5 is 20-40 parts by weight based on 100.0 parts by weight of the total weight of the photocurable resin composition. The prism sheet comprises a prism layer formed by coating one side or both sides of the substrate with the photocurable resin composition.
