Ceramic green sheet

摘要

The ceramic green sheet comprises a solid content of inorganic material (85-93%) and organic material (15-7%). The inorganic material comprises binder, plasticizer and disperser. The plasticizer consists of a two-component system comprising first and second components. The green sheet has a porosity of 2-7.5%, a sintering temperature of 1500[deg] C, a sintering shrinkage of 17.5- 21%, a density of 5.75-6.05 g/cm 3>, and a thickness of 50-800 mu m.
