<p>The invention relates to a method for monitoring customer network parameters relating to quality of service in a customer network. The network comprises a gateway having links to multiple local access network devices. In the method a value (M1 or M2 or ...) for a quality of service parameter is determined for a selected number of links (121,122,...,128). Further a predetermined value (E1 or E2 or ...) for the (expected) quality of service parameter is provided. The method further comprises calculating a quality of service indicator (link identification metric or LIM) for the selected number of links (121, ..., 128) using the determined and predetermined values {(M1,E1) }.</p> |
