PURPOSE: A three-dimensional decorative metal card and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to enhance durability and to express distinctive image of a district or a company name on a metal plate by using a processing device. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a three-dimensional decorative metal card(10) comprises the following steps: forming a metal plate(20) having predetermined thickness and size; smoothly processing the edge and surface of the metal plate; forming 3-dimensional portions(40), base portions(50), and a border(30) on the upper surface of the surface treated metal plate by using a processing device; and washing the metal plate in which the image is formed. The three-dimensional portion and the base portion display characteristics of a district or a company name. At the lower column of the upper surface, an auxiliary display portion(60) is additionally formed.
