<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To liquid-tightly connect and reconnect flexible tubes and tubes with different sizes at high connection strength. <P>SOLUTION: An outer part 100 is formed with a circular opening 121. An inner part 200 has an insertion portion 210 having a peripheral face with a circular cross section and a through-hole 201 penetrates through the insertion portion 210. The connecting mechanisms 111 and 203 connect the outer part and the inner part so that the opening of the outer part and the insertion portion of the inner part become coaxial and the opening of the outer part can be brought close and separated with respect to the insertion portion of the inner part.
