<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus which can perform sample output of a page desired by a user from a batch of originals in a print job. <P>SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus accepts selection of the page (for example, the fifth page in the batch of originals F composed of sixteen pages) which is used for the sample output from the batch of originals when the print job is performed. Then, when the period for execution of the sample output comes during execution of the print job, the sample output is performed by forming the image of the selected page on paper and then ejecting the paper to a sub-tray. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
