PURPOSE: A belt conveyor cleaning system with a scraper is provided to clean a belt conveyor by using cleaning water according to external temperatures or to clean the belt conveyor by using a cleaner system. CONSTITUTION: A belt conveyor cleaning system comprises left and right frames, a cleaner system(130), a collecting tank, a chain scraper(200), and a wastewater drain pipe(610). The left and right frames respectively have an upper roller and a lower roller. The upper roller and the lower roller are respectively installed between an upper base and a lower base. The cleaner system is installed between the lower bases of the left and right frames to clean a return belt. The collecting tank is installed under the left and right frames. The chain scraper is installed inside the collecting tank. The wastewater drain pipe is coupled to the collecting tank.
