<p>The prosthesis (12) has an anchoring portion (14) anchored in a femoral neck and including a tube (18) extending into the femoral neck along an axis. A spherical prosthesis head (17) replaces a femur head, and a connection portion (16) connects the prosthesis head to the anchoring portion. The connection portion includes a threaded adjustment rod (46) extending along the axis and capable of being screwed into and/or unscrewed from the tube to adjust the position of the center of rotation of the prosthesis head relative to the anchoring portion.</p> |
