The method involves moving objects (5) in a centrifuge (3,3') by a centrifugal force in a rotational movement around a rotation axis of the centrifuge. The objects are incorporated and held in a seat of an insertion spike (4) rotating with the centrifuge. The centrifugal force emerges during rotation of the centrifugal. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a device for placing objects in a material strip, particularly filter rod, of tobacco processing industry: and (2) a machine for tobacco processing industry for producing a material strip, particularly filter rod, of the tobacco processing industry.
