PURPOSE: A treadmill and a method for driving the treadmill are provided to enable a user to feel like running on a real course. CONSTITUTION: A treadmill comprises a treadmill main body(100) in which a driving belt of a driving plate is horizontally installed and a controller body(300) is installed in the upper center of a support stand. The controller body comprises a panel monitor(121) for displaying the driving state of the treadmill, a selection panel unit(120), and a virtual driving video device. |
