PURPOSE: A safe knife holder is provided to disinfect a knife and to protect the inside of a main body and the knife from dust. CONSTITUTION: A safe knife holder comprises a main body(100), a support unit(110), an ultraviolet ray lamp(120), a control unit(130), and an operation controller(140). A seating space unit is formed in the main body. The support unit be formed on the upper side of the main body and is formed with a plurality of mounting holes. The ultraviolet ray lamp is mounted on the inner side of the main body and sterilizes a knife fixed in the support unit. The control unit is electrically connected to a sterilizing lamp. The operation controller is formed on one side of the main body and comprises a plurality of control buttons. |
