The tool (1) has a handle gripper (3) arranged in an end section (A) of a tool shank (2), and a clamping unit arranged within the handle gripper and/or tool shank. A release torque is adjusted by the clamping unit by twisting the handle gripper opposite to the tool shank. The handle gripper is moved in a direction of a longitudinal axis (X) on the tool shank, so that the handle gripper is moved from a resting position (X2) to a set position (X3) for adjusting the release torque. The handle gripper includes a locking device for fixing around the handle gripper in the set position.
