PURPOSE: A jack-up rig with length-adjustable legs is provided to facilitate a crane work by preventing legs from being protruded to the outside during a drilling work. CONSTITUTION: A jack-up rig with length-adjustable legs comprises a platform(10) and multiple legs(11). The platform has multiple jack houses(12). The leg units are installed on the sides of the jack houses to be vertically movable. Each leg unit is composed of multiple unit legs(11a) vertically separated from each other. The unit legs are coupled to each other to be vertically separable.
