PURPOSE: An application selling service system and a method are provided to register an application and transfer a use right of the application to a buyer, thereby reselling the application. CONSTITUTION: A terminal device(100) registers selling request information for a specific application which a user possesses. When a specific application is purchased from a specific buyer(10) through an application selling service provided based on at least selling request information, a selling service device(200) assigns a use right for the application to the buyer. The selling service device provides use right release corresponding to the application to the terminal device.
