PURPOSE: A system for controlling the swing angle of a hybrid excavator is provided to improve work efficiency by accurately operating a hybrid excavator within a limited range. CONSTITUTION: A system for controlling the swing angle of a hybrid excavator comprises an inverter(50), a control unit, an operation unit(60), and an operating lever(70). The inverter and the control unit are connected to a motor generator and control a swing unit(52). The operation unit controls the swing angle of the swing unit using buttons(61a,61b) for setting the swing angle of the swing unit. The operating lever controls the swing motion of the swing unit.
