PURPOSE: A pulley type opening and closing device for a floodgate is provided to open and close a floodgate even if a small amount of tension is applied to a wire. CONSTITUTION: A pulley type opening and closing device for a floodgate comprises a wire winding shaft(300), a floodgate opening and closing shaft(210), a first wire fixing shaft(410), a first wire(510), a second wire fixing shaft(420), and a second wire(520). The wire winding shaft is installed on the side surface of a support frame(100). The floodgate opening and closing shaft is formed on the side end of a floodgate(200). The first wire fixing shaft is installed on the side surface of the support frame to be located under the floodgate opening and closing shaft when a waterway is opened. When the wire winding shaft is rotated in a direction, the first wire is wound around the wire winding shaft. The second wire fixing shaft is installed on the side surface of the support frame to be located between the wire winding shaft and the floodgate opening and closing shaft when the waterway is closed. When the wire winding shaft is rotated in the other direction, the second wire is wound around the wire winding shaft. |
