PURPOSE: An image processing device, an image processing method thereof, and an electronically decodable medium thereof are provided to prevent a luminance value for parts except for a background from being excessively brightened when the luminance value is revised to remove a fogging in an image. CONSTITUTION: A fogging quantity estimating module(120) estimates a fogging quantity based on an image received by an image receiving module. A pixel value measuring module(130) measures a luminance value of pixels in the image received by the image receiving module. A revision target value determining module(140) determines a revision target value of the luminance value in a background in the image received by the image receiving module. A luminance value revising module(150) revises the luminance value measured by the pixel value measuring module based on the fogging quantity estimated by the fogging quantity estimating module and the revision target value determined by the revision target value determining module.
