PURPOSE: A non-point pollutant reducing apparatus using porous media is provided to decompose organic materials in rainwater using microorganisms and to absorb heavy metals and inorganic materials. CONSTITUTION: A non-point pollutant reducing apparatus includes a covering part(10), a filtering bath(60), a dividing part, a rainwater flowing pipe(30), and a filter module(80). A rainwater introducing hole is formed at the center of the covering part. The covering part includes a guide side(25). The guide side is gradually slanted to lower direction. The upper side of the filtering bath is opened, and the inner side of the filtering bath is hollow. The covering part is combined with the upper side of the opened side of the filtering bath. The driving part is installed in the filtering bath. The rainwater flowing pipe is formed at the lower side of the covering part and is expanded to the lower side of a retention space part. The rainwater flowing pipe guides rainwater to the retention space part. The filter module is installed at the external side of the dividing part.
