PURPOSE: A multiple mode power amplifier is provided to increase isolation between power modes by providing negative power to a switch body and a switching off signal having a negative voltage level to a switch depending on a low power mode or a high power mode. CONSTITUTION: A high power mode amplification part(110) amplifies an input signal with a preset gain according to a power level of the input signal. A low power mode amplification part(120) amplifies the input signal with the preset gain the power level of the input signal according to the power level of the input signal. A switch part(130) has at least one switch which selectively provides a signal transmission path to the low power mode amplification part and the high power mode amplification part. A control part(140) provides a control signal having a preset voltage level which allows one or more switches in the switch part to be switched-on or switched-off. The control part sets a voltage level of the control signal, which allows one or more switches to be switched-off, as a negative voltage.
