The device has a linkage mechanism connecting a half shaft (25) and a lifting shaft with each other for movement coupling. The linkage mechanism comprises a connecting bar (31) connected with the half shaft on a connecting bar joint (32). A guide rod (34) is connected with the connecting bar on a coupling joint (33) and connected with the lifting shaft on a shaft joint (36). A cover part (40) i.e. flat plate (41), covers the intermediate space that is opened and closed between the guide rod and the connecting bar during operation of the device.
