PURPOSE: An exercise device with a safety system is provided to prevent safety accidents by simplifying the structure of the exercise device. CONSTITUTION: An exercise device with a safety system comprises a fixed stand(100), a handle unit(200), a seat unit(300), a connecting rod(400), and a seat link unit(500). The fixed stand is perpendicularly installed on the surface. An upper frame and a lower frame are symmetrically installed on the top of the right and left of the fixed stand. The seat unit is linked to the lower frame. The connecting rod is integrally installed in the seat unit.
