PURPOSE: A three-wheel bicycle is provided to improve the steering of an electric three-wheel vehicle and to have comfort riding quality by preventing the fluctuation of the three-wheel vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A three-wheel bicycle comprises rear wheels, a suspension plate, and a buffer spring. The suspension plate suspends the rear wheels. The suspension plate moves at a constant rotary angle. A chain gear(46) is coupled to a primary shaft(33) by a screw(40). A circular groove(43) is formed in the other side of the screw and a linear sliding key groove(41) is formed on the exterior of the other side of the screw. A sliding key groove(42) and a cylindrical protrusion(44) are formed on a concentric shaft(34) of a secondary shaft(45) to insert the cylindrical protrusion in the circular groove of the primary shaft through an empty core of springs(27).
