<p>The insulating panel (1) has plastic foam material, particularly expanded or extruded polystyrene foam. Two parallel outer faces (A,B) are provided that define the edges of the insulation board. One of the outer faces is provided with penetrating incisions (2), where each incision has a constant cross-section. Each cross-section extends between two edges of the insulating board. The incisions are designed such that the boundary in the area adjacent to the outer faces are adjoined to each other and are kept apart. An independent claim is included for a method for the preparation of an insulating board.</p> |
