PURPOSE: A system and method for providing a web based framework including a UX(user experience) characteristic are provided to support a content utilization environment by providing an environment for controlling a UX framework. CONSTITUTION: An extraction unit(210) extracts a user interaction type of a client device which requests a webpage. A file creation unit(220) creates a framework for the webpage according to the user interaction type. A response unit(230) provides the webpage to the client device through the framework. The client device provides user agent information included in the user interaction type by requesting the webpage.
