PURPOSE: A local network system is provided to effectively operate a network where information security is necessary by providing a service for a terminal in an individual location. CONSTITUTION: A base station(711) provides services to a terminal. An EPC(evolved packet core) node(712) processes packets. A reproduced CSN(connectivity service network) node(713) is reproduced from a CSN node existing in a central network system. When a terminal tries to access the local network system, the reproduced CSN node controls access to the terminal.
