PURPOSE: A resin-coated aluminum pipe and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to enable mass production by automating whole processes from supply of aluminum pipes through embossing and adhesion-coating to cutting. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a resin-coated aluminum pipe comprises the steps of: preparing an aluminum pipe, embossing the surface of the aluminum pipe, preheating the embossed aluminum pipe, and adhesion-coating polymer synthetic resin including a primer on the preheated aluminum pipe. In the embossing step, the surface roughness of the aluminum pipe is raised by 1.0-10.0μm using an embossing processor(14) in order to improve adhesion between the aluminum pipe and synthetic resin.
