PURPOSE: A light emitting device is provided to prevent current crowding by distributing currents flowing in the lower side of a first electrode or second electrode using a contact layer. CONSTITUTION: A buffer layer(140) is formed on a substrate(100). A light emitting structure(120) includes a first conductive semiconductor layer(122), an active layer(124), and a second conductive semiconductor layer(126). An ohmic layer(130) and a first electrode(150) are formed on the first conductive semiconductor layer. A second electrode(110) is formed on the second conductive semiconductor layer. The contact layer distributes currents flowing in the lower side of the first electrode or second electrode. |
