PURPOSE: An apparatus for adjusting total dissolved solids, a method for the same, and a water treatment apparatus including the apparatus are provided to supply various kinds of water with various total dissolved solid material contents by controlling removal kinds and rates of total dissolved solids from a deionization filter. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for adjusting total dissolved solids includes a filtering part(110) and a controlling part(200). The filtering part includes a deionization filter(130) which removes dissolved solids from feed water using input currents. The controlling part controls the input currents using a pulse width modulation method such that water from the deionization filter becomes pre-determined total dissolved solids.
