PURPOSE: A transgenic zebrafish which specifically expresses target genes in neurons is provided to effectively study intracellular function and the mechanisms of target genes to be applied to gene therapy. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing transgenic zebrafishes containing a base of sequence number 1 comprises: a step of cloning an enhancer trap promoter of sequence number 2; a step of cloning a Gal4VP16 gene fragment of sequence number 3 and a 2A-EosFP gene fragment of sequence number 4; and a step of recombining Gal4VP16 and 2A-EosFP gene fragments with a Tol2 transposon system. The zebrafish further contains fluorescent proteins such as GFP(green fluorescent protein) or RFP(red fluorescent protein).
