PURPOSE: A molding member for finishing an interior material and a construction tool thereof are provided to efficiently construct an interior material regardless of manufacturing and construction errors. CONSTITUTION: A molding member(100a) for finishing an interior material comprises a horizontal bottom portion, a pair of elastic protrusions, saw-toothed portions, and tapered portions. The horizontal bottom portion is fixed to a wall(W). The elastic protrusions are extended from the horizontal bottom portion to face each other. The saw-toothed portions fix interior materials(3) inserted from the top ends of the elastic protrusions. The tapered portions are formed between the top ends of the elastic protrusions and the saw-toothed portions to form gaps on the top ends of the elastic protrusions.
