PURPOSE: A vacuum laminator is provided to promote uniformity and flatness in a photo solder resistance layer by controlling the oil pressure of an oil pressure cylinder. CONSTITUTION: An overhead frame(62) is installed on a base frame(60). A slider(70) is installed between the base frame and the overhead frame. A vacuum chamber housing(90) is installed for creating a chamber(92) for laminating a PCB(printed circuit board) on a space between the overhead frame and the slider A pressure unit is installed in the chamber for pressing the PCB. An oil pressure cylinder(130) is installed on the base frame for elevating the slider. An oil pressure circuit(140) controls the oil pressure of the oil pressure cylinder through air pressure.
