PURPOSE: An exercise device for strengthening waist is provided to improve the safety of the exercise device by preventing the dispersion of a center. CONSTITUTION: An exercise device for strengthening waist comprises a lower fixed plate(10), a rotary upper plate(20), and a rotary restraining unit(P). The rotary upper plate is placed in the upper part of the coaxial line of the lower fixed plate and moves up and down toward the lower fixed plate. The rotary restraining unit is made of an elastically transformed synthetic resin and is formed with a rotary connection unit(200).
