<p>PURPOSE: An apparatus and method for high efficiency variable power transmission is provided to transmit power with high transmit efficiency by controlling the transmitting time of power maintaining the maximum high frequency signal inputted to the power amplifier. CONSTITUTION: The pulse generating part(810) produces pulse signal having pulse length of the duration corresponding to the transmitted energy. The pulse stream generating part(820) transfers pulse stream composed of the pulse corresponding to the transmitted data formed by pulse signal duration. The high frequency modulation section(830) outputs the variable electric power by modulating the high frequency signal of fixed amplitude in the time axis according to the pulse stream through the repeated on and off. The pulse signal production part transforms pulse signal into the pulse stream by using table.
