PURPOSE: A lens panel, a method for manufacturing the same and a display apparatus having the same are provided to control the argument of an alignment layer and to drive the lens panel by a fresnel lens without forming an electrode having a micro pitch pattern. CONSTITUTION: A lens panel(200) includes a first substrate(210), a second substrate(220) and a liquid crystal layer. The first substrate includes a first base substrate, a first electrode, and unit alignment areas and a first alignment layer. The first electrode is formed on the first base substrate. The unit alignment areas are formed on the first electrode to form a unit lens. The second substrate comprises a second base substrate, a second electrode and a second alignment layer. The second electrode is formed on the second base substrate. The second alignment has a second azimuth and a second argument. The liquid crystal layer is interposed between the first substrate and the second substrate. |
