PURPOSE: A water trap is provided to prevent malfunction in advance by being mechanically operated according to the amount of moisture and to reduce production cost by not using expensive components. CONSTITUTION: A water trap comprises: a housing which has a first space with a gas inlet and gas outlet, and a housing with a second space with a moisture outlet; and a valve element installed in the second space of the housing to be lifted up and down according to the amount of moisture filled in the inner space of the housing and selectively connect the first space and the second space. In the housing, a division plate is formed to divide the first space and the second into an upper and lower direction. On the division plate communication hole for penetration of moisture is formed.
