PURPOSE: A method for preparing fermentation wine using mushroom mycelium rice is provided to ensure various nutrients and to prevent or treat adult diseases such as diabetes or obesity. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing fermentation wine of mushroom mycelium rice comprises: a step of dipping unpolished rice in warm water of 20-30 Deg.C. and fresh water of 20-40 Deg.C., and repeating the steps for 10-36 hours; a step of adjusting moisture content of rice by 25-50% and sterilizing at 100-140 Deg.C.; a step of sterilizing the rice and inoculating mushroom mycelium to the rice; a step of culturing the rice at 25-30 Deg.C. and drying to prepare mushroom mycelium rice; and a step of dipping and steaming the rice and fermenting. The method further comprises a step of mixing 1-100 parts by weight of dry marine algae based on the 100 parts by weight of the mushroom mycelium rice.
