PURPOSE: A fuel cell system is provided to reduce the heating time to be converted to a driving state and to efficiently supply a heating source to heat a fuel cell. CONSTITUTION: A fuel cell system(10) comprises: a heat medium supply part(100) supplying a heat medium with high temperature; a heat exchanger(200) transferring heat from the heat medium to inert gas; a fuel cell stack(400) heated through the inert gas; a fuel gas supply part(500) supplying fuel gas to the fuel cell stack; and an inert gas storage part(300) storing the inert gas supplied from the heat exchanger, and supplying the inert gas to the fuel cell stack.
