PURPOSE: A plug terminal unit and a socket for a telephone including the same are provided to connect a public line to a plug unit by a button method instead of a fixing bolt and to prevent easily unlink. CONSTITUTION: A public line insertion portion(31) is formed in one side of a plug casing(30). A connection pin(32) is formed in the other side of the plug casing. The connection pin is electrically connected to a public line. A button member(40) is formed in the plug casing. An elastic member is formed inside the plug casing. The elastic member pressurizes the button member in the direction of closing the public line.
