PURPOSE: An image counter device for inducing a sleep is provided to display numbers counted by a user on a ceiling. CONSTITUTION: An image counter device for inducing a sleep comprises a main body, a control unit(104), a power supply unit(106), an image projecting unit(110), a ventilation unit, a music generating unit(114), a music selecting unit(118), and a counter(120). The main body is formed in a round shape. The control unit electrically controls various parts. The power supply unit is installed on one side of the main body. The image projecting unit projects an image to a ceiling. The ventilation unit discharges heat to the outside. The counter displays counted numbers on the ceiling.
