The machine has a knife (20) which is arranged along the contour of rotating drum (14). The outer surface of rotating drum is provided with several holes (17). A supporting portion is provided on the rotating drum. The knife is attached to the supporting portion. The knife is provided with contact points to define the position of cutting edge. An independent claim is included for knife holder for drum cutter.
