PURPOSE: A plane type image panel display device and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to fix a panel guide at a front cover with a joint pin and a fastening member and to enable the image panel display device to be thin. CONSTITUTION: A panel guide(6) fixes a display panel(3). A back cover(4) accommodates the panel guide. A front cover(2) surrounds a part of the front surface of the display panel and the panel guide. A joint pin(11) and a fastening member(10) pass through a back cover and the panel guide. Therefore, the back cover and the panel guide are fixed at the front cover. |
