<p>PURPOSE: A spinning cone column(SCC) equipped with a foam removal unit is provided to improve the efficiency of foam removal by connecting collecting pipes with flow paths at each step and removing foam from each step. CONSTITUTION: An SCC includes a housing(10), at least one reactant supplying part(20), two or more spinning cones(40), two or more fixed cones(50), a resultant product collecting part(60), and a driving part(70). The housing has a rotary shaft(30). The reactant supplying part is formed in the housing. The spinning cones are slantly installed form the upper part to the lower part of the rotary shaft. The fixed cones are fixed on the inner side of the housing and are positioned at the lower part of each spinning cone. The resultant product collecting part collects resultant products moved by the spinning cones and the fixed cones. The driving part rotates the spinning cones. A foam removal unit(110) is arranged at one side of the housing and removes roam from an SCC.</p> |
