PURPOSE: A test socket which quickly separates an electric connection module is provided to improve test efficiency by shortening a stoppage time or an idle time of a test device. CONSTITUTION: A test socket(1) includes a test base(2) and one or more electric connection modules(3). The test base includes a top surface, a bottom surface, an installation hole(20), locating holes(21), connection columns(22), and a positioning pin(23). The installation hole is extended from the top surface to the bottom surface of the test base while penetrating the test base. The locating holes are formed by penetrating the test base. The connection columns are extended from the top surface of the test base for assembling a test device. The positioning pin is extended from a step surface of the installation hole. The electric connection modules are detachably combined with the test base and include a frame(30) and a conductive element(31). |
