Adhesive agent formulation (I), in form of an aqueous dispersion with a solid content of 10-40 wt.%, comprises (a) 1-20 wt.% of bisphenol-A-epoxy novolacs; (b) 0-20 wt.% of completely or partially blocked isocyanates; and (c) 60-92 wt.% of a resorcin-formaldehyde latex. An independent claim is included for a process for treating reinforcing inserts, preferably tire cord, transport cord and/or V belt cord for the preparation of reinforced polymer products, comprising treating the reinforcing inserts with (I). |
