PURPOSE: An instant heating device is provided to rapidly operate a bimetal when water is overheated even though the cheap bimetal of low sensitivity is used. CONSTITUTION: An instant heating device comprises a device body(200), a heating unit(300), and a flowing unit(400). Water flows in or out through an inlet port(200a) and an outlet port(200b). The heating unit is installed in the device body and heats the water had flown into the device body. The water is heated by the heating unit while flowing in the flowing unit for predetermined time. A passage(P) of the flowing unit is connected to the inlet and outlet ports.
